Description
As a Systems Engineer, you will lead the complete development of different MECHANICAL systems, from technical specifications to production .

Important Note: This is not a Mechanical Design position or a SW or Electronics requirement.
Only candidates with proven experience in the areas of responsibility and primary duties listed below will be considered "qualified".
Tasks
- Define and draft complete technical specifications for MECHANICAL systems and components. (Body, Exterior, Interior, Chassis, Suspension)
- Select and manage suppliers.
- Build and lead your own team.
- Guide suppliers towards the goals established by design and engineering requirements.
- Evaluate and review supplier documentation (material specifications, test plans, test reports).
- Work closely with the Design department.
Qualifications
- Availability to start immediately .
- The project is located in Italy ; the candidate must already be authorized to work in Italy ( no visa sponsorship ).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience .
- Knowledge of complete vehicle development processes.
- Ability to manage and coordinate suppliers.
- Knowledge of technological trends and applicability of new solutions.
- Familiarity with production processes in the specific system area.
