We have open position for "CAE, MBS Engineer" to work for a premium electric car brand in Gothenburg-Sweden.

The role is for an experienced professional that comes with at least 10 years work experience in a similar role. The suitable candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The person will suggest design changes based on simulation results and communicate with design team and attribute leaders.

Tasks

Main tasks are within Road Load Data (RLD) simulation:
1. Full vehicle RLD simulations
2. Chassis rig Digital Twin simulations to validate test signals
3. MBS CAE implementation of specific durability test events and correlation with measured road
load data.

Qualifications

  • Candidate needs to be experienced in the specific field of MBD.
  • Experience in full vehicle modelling and simulations in ADAMS/Car is required.
  • Candidate must be able to work independently in ADAMS/Car with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of powertrain modelling and simulation is an advantage.
  • Knowledge about EU modelling standards and processes is an advantage.
