Description

The Motion Control System Design & Verification group is working with function, system,
requirement and SW aspects related to motion control of a vehicle. In this role you will be a member of the Design group and will be working as function owner and function realization responsible. Your responsibilities will mostly be on function and subsystem level including functional safety.

Tasks

- Function ownership:
o Collect and aligning input requirements e.g. attribute requirement from attribute leader:
Vehicle dynamics, etc.
o Legal requirements (incl. HMI requirements)
o Feature requirements, if applicable
o Create FDR (Function Description & Requirement) based on input requirements and
function requirements
- Function Realization
o FRx update and maintenance
o Secure (implementation and testing) alignment of requirements towards different sub
systems
o Alignment of requirements with sub systems
o Secure implementation and testing of requirements towards different sub systems
- System safety
- Responsible for hazard analysis and Functional safety concept.
o Secure that a safety test plan is developed and safety testing performed
- Bench marking
- Communication to suppliers
- Follow up function related SWIs, make sure they are solved
- Follow up function realization related SWIs, make sure they are solved

Qualifications

• M.Sc. Eng or equivalent relevant education.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge in function development and realization.
• Good experience in from motion control e.g. Powertrain and/or Chassis domain.
• Experience from development of automotive safety related E/E systems.
• Knowledge of state of the art function within the automotive industry
• Experience in automotive architecture design is an advantage.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable with high workload.
• Possibility to travel occasionally, especially to China.
• Cultural awareness, especially Chinese – European culture.
• Driving license
