Description

SW Integration & Release department is responsible for the integration, base technologies and
Mode Management testing as well as the software configuration including software plan and processes and the work connected to End Of Line.

As a system design engineer in the team you will work closely with the concept owners to develop and maintain design verification methods, prepare tests, and execute them. Close collaboration with the other team members – SW node owner, Function Owners, SWI coordinator.

The tests performed in the team varies from integration tests of hardware and software in the full system to basetech system testing, function tests.

Tasks

- Execute SW testing for different nodes. Working close together with suppliers.- Report SW testing to Test Lead Engineer & SW Node Owner.- Secure the test activities meet project timing towards Integration team.- Participate in expeditions when required.- Develop the test environment for the specific node.- Develop test specifications.- Participate in test activities for other areas when needed.- Support all trouble shooting related to the node.

Qualifications

-Adequate Master or bachelor’s degree- 1-2 years experience from SW testing is advantageous- Electrical HW-SW competence is advantageous- Analytical- Fluent English
