Description

We have open position for "Android Developer- Automotive" to work for a premium electric car brand in Gothenburg-Sweden.
Tasks
You are welcome with an application background having Senior Android development Skills to work with design team and creative team to explore feasibility of product ideas and develop production code for functional and user friendly applications that redefine the automotive experience.
You will work within the Technology & Innovation department, a cross-functional team, where inter-disciplinary focus, curiosity and drive are highly valued. We work in close collaboration with all other design departments shaping the mobility experience of the future.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering or related fields, with more than 12 years of Android development experience.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, C/C++, with deep understanding of Android SDK, framework, and automotive-specific APIs (e.g., Android Automotive OS, Android Auto).
• Knowledge in working with production quality software and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory as well as Android Testing Frameworks such as Espresso and UI Automator Experience in automated tests (unit, functional, end-to-end), documentation and continuous integration.
• Experience in performance optimization, memory management and hardware optimization
Good to have:
• OpenGL ES or Vulkan
• SQLite
• Jetpack
• ConstraintLayout
• Android Animation API
• Android Media API or ExoPlayer
• Room Persistence Library
• Familiar with common AI algorithms and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, etc.
• Experience with Unity 3D is a plus
o NAudio or Unity's built-in Audio API
o Shader Graph or Visual Effect Graph
o FMOD or Wwise
