Responsibilities and tasks

Supporting the Test Managers in achieving their strategic goals for the Test Team by providing technical support to the Managers and the teams
Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team
Monitor the effectiveness of the testing function and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLC
Identify what test tools are needed and how to introduce these in the organization
Design and develop test automation framework, harnesses and code libraries to enable the team to both use and enhance them across successive projects
Provide technical know-how, documentation and training to test team

Requirements:

B.Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar.
10 years’ experience in automotive & infotainment embedded systems development
Relevant experience of the infotainment system
Relevant experience in test management and setting up test organization
High communication skill and high collaborations ability
Ability to drive, motivate and convince
Advantageously: Certified ISTQB expert level
