Connected Runtime Operations is building a team to support our Connected Car Platform Delivery.

You will be part of the newly formed team and have the possibilities to work in a rapidly growing organization where you can help us build an outstanding environment.

We are now looking for a Cloud & Connectivity Support with relevant competence in 2nd line support area with strong team player work ethic.

Tasks

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team within issue management, support and monitoring.
• Setting clear team goals
• Motivating the team to achieve planned vision and mission.
• Oversee day-to-day Connectivity Runtime operation.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
• Availability to take responsibility for on-call schedule
