Description & Tasks:

• Organize and guide design activities to secure program deliveries according to design directions.
• Work with several projects simultaneously.
• Act as mentor for design team to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Supporting the Head of Exterior Design in assessing team performance.
• Speaking partner with project engineering and program management.
• Design representative in relevant meeting forums.
• Organize design reviews in collaboration with design project leader.
• Direct report to Head of Exterior Design.

Qualifications

• English, spoken and written
• University degree in transportation design.
• Full understanding of complete car development process.
• Solid experience in CAD 3D design process and software.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in car design, preferably at majors OEMs Previous design experience in leading design teams.
• Experience in Asian OEMs is positive.

Personal attributes:
Strong drive, communicative with good presentation skills.

Independent and confident, with ability to take initiative Good motivation skills, structured, methodical and analytical with good planning skill. Flexible and able to work under constrained time schedules and frequently revised circumstances.
