The ADAS/AD team are looking for new Functional Safety Engineer with passion for technology, customers, the AD revolution and with attention to detail.
You will be working in the team focusing on ADAS for both LYNK&Co and other Geely group brands.
You will be part of a global development team with resources in both Europe and China.
You will work in a close collaboration with other function owners in the ADAS/AD team and develop the strategy for future improvements and define new functions related to the ADAS/AD area.
• Leading ADAS engineers on how to work in line with existing standards (e.g. ISO 26262).
• Analyze the feature hazards with safety analysis methods to develop functional requirements, and then system level Technical Safety Requirements, in collaboration with engineering competencies.
• Secure traceability and maintenance of the safety requirements within the project system framework
• Guide and Review plans and guide competencies against methods compliance to method selection plan and safety plan.
• Lead the safety analyses (FTA, FMEDA, DFMEA) the project
• Act as the domain expert to resolve technical issues with system engineer, and our team in China.
• Participate during the design reviews
• Sharing your expertise and learning from others in our central functional safety team.
• Review Functional Safety work products from the ADAS team in Zeekr China and from suppliers and propose and implement improvements to meet project needs.
• Prepare, design and support the Functional System Verification and Validation Planning
• M.Sc. Electrical, Computer Engineering or similar.
• Experience of ADAS/AD
• 2+ years of experience in ISO26262, 5+ years preferred.
• Strong systems engineering background
• Experience of Requirements engineering, and System Weaver is an advantage.
• Experience in A-SPICE is an advantage.
• Experience in SOTIF is an advantage
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
• Driver’s License category B
Software and IT: Experience of System Weaver is merited.
