Connectivity Runtime are responsible for the delivery of OEM cloud operation and maintenance. You will be part of the After Market Quality team and have the possibilities to work in a rapidly growing organization where you can help us build an outstanding environment.

We are now looking for a Product Quality Leader that will focus on improvements in the area of connectivity and improvement stability, and quality. In parallel also support the team with organization Product Quality Items of. External collaboration and interaction will be part of daily work.

The PQL has the responsibility of leading the work to define the problem with methods available for the task by reproducing the issue in digital environment or in vehicle and collecting relevant Log files or other methods that gives valuable input of understanding the problem description. The actual Root Cause and Solution is monitored by the PQL with the level of engagement that gives the speed for resolution requested.

Tasks

• Lead the work to define the problem with methods available
• Understand the market in respect of customer complaints
• Manage and prioritize quality issues within connectivity cloud functions, telematics connectivity, App and remote services
• Create and execute Product Quality Improvement projects for issues
• Investigation and evaluation of existing quality items
• Support the team with the customer complaints within connectivity
• Coordinate and manage external and internal stakeholders
• Improve processes to enable operational quality
• Determine quality objectives by studying business functions; gathering information and evaluate output

You will be part of the team delivering cloud solutions to OEM´s. You will report to the Program Manager for operational setup.
